- Most of the products are assembled manually, the rings and fittings are fragile supplies that must be treated gently and carefully to prevent them from coming off or bursting. Try as much as possible to store your accessories separately in the bag provided to you. we deliver, so you avoid getting tangled and dust dulling the shine of the piece.

- If your chains have lost their shine over time, you can wash them with a mild soap and be sure to dry them very well, this will help to restore their shine.

- Many of our products are made of Czech beads and beads, some are dyed (especially acid colors) and lighten over time.

- Natural and glass stones can crack if they receive strong blows, from a fall or from any external force.

- Avoid applying perfumes and creams on top of your accessories, the chemical agents of these could accelerate the change of color.

- If the bases of the earrings cause you some type of allergy, try applying a layer of transparent nail polish since this works as a blocking layer to that component that causes allergies or itching.
